Children’s Parties


SLOT 1: 12:30pm-3:15pm.

SLOT 2: 3.45pm-6:30pm.

Party Schedule Slot 1

12.30pm – Meet at Theatre – Start party, food, games and disco
1:30pm – Staff will come in to begin setting up for the show
2.00pm – Take up front row seats for start of show
3.10pm – End show sing happy birthday with cast
3.15pm – Finish


Party Schedule Slot 2

3.45pm – Meet at Theatre and take up front row seats
4.00pm – Start of Show
5.00pm – End of show sing happy birthday with cast
5.15pm – Start party, food, games and disco
6.30pm – Finish


You can arrive at 12:15pm to prepare yourselves for the party, guests should be asked to arrive at 12:30pm as this is when the party officially starts and any extras you have chosen will begin.  Your party can run however you’d like it to be. Basically the space is yours but we suggest you have lunch at the beginning of the party this ensures that you aren’t rushed towards the end of the party time and allows us sufficient time and space to prepare the children for the show.

Towards the end of the party section we will quickly set up the theatre (without causing too much disruption to the children’s games which can still be taking place on stage) and your group will be given the front seats with a perfect view of the show. At the end of the show the cast will sing happy birthday to your child, who will also receive a small gift.

For the later slot, you see the show first, then have the disco/catering.

You will need to let us have the final number of people (Adults and Children) 10 days before the party date, if on the day you have less in the booking you will still be charged for the prior agreed number. If you have more than you originally agreed we cannot guarantee the extra seats will be available.

The Theatre will be set up for you by us, however if you are doing your own catering you will need to supply, table cloths, crockery and cutlery (disposable’s work well)

Decorations, as it’s a working theatre with special lighting and effects, you won’t be able to hang up or bring in decorations, balloons during the party time are ok but must not get in the way of the show and the comfort of the audience during the show.

The theatre hire (includes Mini Disco):

Party Entertainer:
Working with the technician one of the actors from the show will be with you for the party time, organising games and fun activities for the children £50


We are more than happy for you to do this yourself but we can do this for you with freshly cooked cheese and tomato pizzas OR healthy ham, cheese and jam sandwiches, with cherry tomatoes, sausage rolls and cucumber/carrot sticks on the side. Both pizzas and sandwiches come with Juice Drinks and Ice Creams for desert. The cost is £7 per child.


Photography Party Memento:
We work with Merton Abbey Mill’s Abbey Mills Studio to offer party photos, printed and ready to take home at the end of the party.

Photography Package: £140

  • Picture of the Birthday child with the Party Entertainer, printed for the party parent.
  • Picture of all the children together with the Party Entertainer, printed for each child to take home at the end of the party in their party bags.
  • Roaming Photos – A photographer roams around the party taking ad-hoc pictures of the children and family to be available a week after the party on a private online link.
